1. Acceptance

By using DesignGenerate ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

DesignGenerate allows you to create, customize, and publish web pages using HTML templates and structured data. Pages are hosted at URLs under the designgenerate.com domain.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create. By publishing content through the Service, you grant DesignGenerate a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and serve that content as part of the Service.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to publish content that:

  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Is used for phishing, fraud, or deception
  • Contains malware or attempts to exploit the Service
  • Violates any applicable law
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests or DMCA takedown notices. To report content, contact [email protected].

6. Anonymous Use

The Service allows anonymous content creation. To maintain the ability to respond to abuse, we collect and store a non-reversible hash derived from your connection metadata (IP address and browser identifier). This hash is used solely for abuse detection and content grouping — we do not store your raw IP address or browser fingerprint.

7. AI-Generated Content

You may use AI tools to generate templates and content. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content you publish does not violate these terms. AI-generated content is subject to the same rules as manually created content.

8. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on DesignGenerate infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The URL of the infringing content on DesignGenerate
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests promptly, typically within 5 business days.

9. Official Sample Templates

Templates provided by the "DesignGenerate" account are examples created for demonstration purposes. They may have been generated or assisted by AI. Names, companies, and details in sample data are fictional and do not refer to any real entities. Any resemblance to actual persons, businesses, or organizations is coincidental.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using DesignGenerate, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

12. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or the availability of any specific feature.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignGenerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
