Your Responsibility

When you create or publish a page on DesignGenerate, you are responsible for its content — regardless of whether you wrote it yourself, used AI to generate it, or adapted someone else's template.

What We Expect

  • Be honest. Don't impersonate people or organizations. Don't create pages designed to deceive.
  • Respect others. No hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or content that targets individuals or groups.
  • Respect intellectual property. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. If you use images, text, or designs created by others, make sure you have permission.
  • Don't abuse the platform. No phishing pages, malware distribution, spam, or SEO manipulation.

Using AI

We encourage using AI tools to create templates and content — it's a core part of how DesignGenerate works. However:

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing. AI can produce inaccurate, offensive, or legally problematic content.
  • AI-generated templates and content are subject to the same rules as everything else on the platform.
  • If your AI output includes names, brands, or likenesses of real people or companies, you must have the right to use them or remove them before publishing.

Templates and Forking

When you publish a template, other users can view its source and use it as a starting point. By publishing a template on DesignGenerate, you acknowledge that your HTML source will be visible to other users.

When using someone else's template, respect their work. Attribution is appreciated even when not required.

What Happens If You Break the Rules

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines. For serious or repeated violations, we may permanently ban associated accounts and client identifiers.

Templates published by the "DesignGenerate" official account are provided as examples and starting points. They may have been created with the assistance of AI.
